Dr. Jaafer Hussein, Director of the International Relations Office (IRO) visited Vistula University in Poland. The visit aimed to enhance cooperation between the two institutions and explore opportunities for future joint academic initiatives.
Throughout the week (23-27 September 2024) Dr. Jaafer held discussions with the President, Vice Presidents, and Department Heads at Vistula University, focusing on fostering stronger partnerships across various scientific and academic fields, laying the groundwork for future collaborative projects.
The outcome of the visit includes signing a Student Exchange Agreement as well as a Memorandum of Agreement for collaboration on Online Education and E-Learning. Meanwhile, TIU’s commitment to partnering in the upcoming United Nations Sustainable Development Program to take place in May 2025 in Warsaw was guaranteed. Furthermore, Dr. Jaafer initiated communications with Warsaw University, Jagiellonian University, and Krakow University of Economics to explore additional avenues of collaboration
