If you prefer to study in your own time and at your own speed then one of our e-learning packages may be right up your street. There is a third option, which is you like the sound of both but perhaps can’t attend all training sessions, this is when blended learning comes into its own.

Strategic Goals of Tishk International University

Strategic Goals of Tishk International University give necessary directions to all members and provide road map to achieve them within the stipulated time. Strategic goals are reviewed by the president and members of the organization from time to time as per the needs of various stakeholders. When circumstances change and need arises, the strategic planning committee proposes additional improvements in the strategic goals of the University with the approval of the University Council, and additional goals can be added from time to time.

Below are the strategic goals of the University which are complementary and show the University’s commitment to achiev its mission and visions.

Goal 1: To diversify the university’s financial resources

Goal 2: To achieve environmental sustainability and to utilize renewable energy

Goal 3: Increase the number of international students

Goal 4: To transform society through impactful and relevant teaching, research and knowledge exchange that address both regional and global challenges.

Goal 5: Promote educational excellence

Goal 6: Introduce the capstone project to the curriculums

Goal 7: Sustain continuous improvement culture (implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, and to adapt the ERP System).

Goal 8: Start to implement the Integrated Quality Management System (Quality Management System ISO 9001 + Environmental Management System ISO 14001 + Health and Safety Standard ISO 45001)

Goal 9: Obtain accreditation for some of the university labs by the Iraqi Accreditation System.

Goal 10: Increase number of research publication in high impact factor and indexed journals.

Goal 11: To invest in people, to support them and their research environment and facilities, thereby enabling the research endeavour to grow sustainably

Goal 12: To increase the number of international and interdisciplinary research projects

Goal 13: To attract, recruit and retain the highest caliber staff

Goal 14: To optimize organizing the National and International Conferences and workshops

Goal 15: Increase the student and parents involvement of social, cultural and sports activities and to increase the number of students led activities

Goal 16: Identifying and implementing Internal, National and International projects and acquiring grants from different international associations

Goal 17: Commencing Post-graduate Programs
