Tishk International University Signs Academic and Cultural Cooperation Agreement with Applied Science Private University in Jordan
As part of Tishk International University’s (TIU) ongoing commitment to building meaningful international academic partnerships, a delegation from TIU visited the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, where a significant academic and cultural cooperation agreement was signed with Applied Science Private University (ASU) in Amman on May 27th 2025.
This landmark agreement, initiated by the Faculty of Arts and Design at ASU, aims to establish a long-term strategic partnership between the two institutions. The collaboration will cover various areas, including joint efforts in higher education, the development of scientific research, student and faculty exchange programs, and the organization of shared conferences, workshops, and cultural events.
The signing ceremony was held in the presence of Prof. Dr. Samia Al-Jarrah, President of ASU, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Idris Saleh, Head of the Board of Trustees at TIU and Prof. Dr. Sultan Abu-Orabi, President of Tishk International University. Also in attendance were Prof. Dr. Imad Al-Fahmawi, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Design at ASU, and Ms. Enas Dradkeh from the Department of Design and Visual Communication.
This new partnership reflects TIU’s strategic vision to strengthen its regional and global presence through high-impact collaborations that promote academic excellence, innovation, and intercultural understanding. The university looks forward to a fruitful cooperation that will contribute to the advancement of both institutions and offer new opportunities for students, researchers, and faculty members.
