The Chairman of the Board of Trustees- Tishk International University (TIU) signed an MoU with Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod (LUNN)- Nizhny Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Russia
With the aim of expanding and building the academic and scientific relations, Asst. Prof. Dr. Idris Hadi Salih, the Chairman of Board of Trustees- Tishk International University signed an MoU with Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod- Nizhny Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Russia represented by Prof. Zhanna V. Nikonova, the rector of the university.
Nizhny Novgorod Dobrolyubov State Linguistic University is an institution of higher education in the city of Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, and it is one of two linguistic universities in Russia. The institution was established in the year 1937 as the Gorky Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages.
In response to cooperation in education and research areas of mutual interest, and encouraging direct contact and cooperation between faculty members, departments, research institutions, and students, both universities (TIU and LUNN) have signed an MoU on June 3rd, 2023.
In the meeting, they present their universities, and major achievements in terms of both quantity, quality, accreditation and international ranking of the university along with academic program review in a way to be suitable with market needs. The mechanism of the MoU implementation and different areas of collaboration are also discussed.
