TIU signed an MoU with the University of Raparin
On August 19th 2023, following a meeting between Tishk International University (TIU) represented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Abdul Samad Salahuddin Ahmad, the President of TIU, Dr. Fatih Cura Vice President For Administrative Dr.Dogan ozdmir , Dean of The Faculty of Education, Dr. Hewa Banna Dean of The Faculty of Nursing and Dr. Jaafer Hussein, the Director of International Relations Office , Dr. Shukir S. Hasan, a lecturer at the Faculty of Nursing received a delegation from the University of Raparin represented by Assist. Prof. Dr. Paiman Ramazan Ahmad, the University President, Assist. Prof. Dr Jamal Ali Omar, the Director General of Research Center, Assist. Prof. Dr. Hawraz Qadir Hama, the Dean of College of Education and Mr. Araz Mohammed Ismail, the Director of International Relations Office.
The University of Raparin is a public university that houses campuses in Ranya and Qaladze, both locations being in Sulaymaniyah, the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The university’s name comes from the famous Kurdish uprising which began in Ranya on March 5, 1991.
(TIU) has entered a strategic partnership with the University of Raparin, aimed at enhancing global education and research initiatives. The MoU includes student exchanges, joint research projects, and collaborative academic programs, fostering international understanding and knowledge sharing.
By signing this MoU, it is expected to embark on this collaborative journey with University of Raparin and expediting the process and getting the collaboration underway as soon as possible.
