TIU Strengthens Academic Ties at UNWE
During his visit to the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in Sofia, Bulgaria, on Monday, April 7, 2025, Dr. Jaafar Hussein, Director of the International Relations Office (IRO), had the honor of meeting the Rector, Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov. The Rector warmly welcomed Dr. Jaafar, expressing his pleasure with the visit and highlighting the university’s commitment to strengthening the existing cooperation between the two institutions. After a fruitful discussion and the exchange of gifts, the UNWE Rector not only accepted the invitation to visit our university in Erbil but also approved our proposal for a student exchange program.
