Dear Students,

The International Relations Office is pleased to announce an exciting international mobility opportunity in collaboration with INTI International University, Nilai, Malaysia under the Student Mobility Programme (SMP) – June 2026 Intake.

This programme offers TIU undergraduate students the opportunity to study in Malaysia for (1 month) with instruction conducted in English, gaining valuable international academic and cultural experience.

Host Institution: INTI International University, Malaysia

Duration: 1 month

Class Commencement: 2 June 2026

Language of Instruction: English

Maximum Nominees: 5 students from TIU

Available Faculties

  • Faculty of Business and Communications
  • Faculty of Data Science and Information Technology
  • Faculty of Engineering and Quantity Surveying
  • Faculty of Health and Life Sciences (Biotechnology)

Important Academic Notes:
– Students are not allowed to combine courses from different packages or semesters.
– Only courses listed for the June 2026 intake may be selected.
– This ensures no timetable clashes occur.

Important Dates

  • Visit IRO for coordination: 23 February – 25 March 2026
  • Nomination & Document Submission Deadline: March 2026 (Exact internal TIU deadline will be confirmed by IRO)
  • Final Payment Deadline: 27 March 2026 (No late payments accepted)
  • Student Arrival in Malaysia: 18–23 May 2026
  • Orientation: 28–29 May 2026
  • Final Assessments: 23 July – 2 August 2026

Financial Responsibilities

Participated students are responsible for:

  • Round-trip airfare
  • Visa processing fees (EMGS: RM 1,034)
  • Administration charges (RM 200)
  • Medical and travel insurance
  • Personal expenses

Accommodation: INTI provides free quad-sharing accommodation (non-air-conditioned), subject to availability. Room upgrades are available at additional cost.

  • Passport-sized photo (specific format requirements apply)
  • Full passport copy (minimum validity of 18 months)
  • Completed Health Declaration Form
  • INTI International Student Application Form
  • Official confirmation letter from TIU
