Tishk International University Delegation Visits University of Mosul to enhance Academic Collaboration
A delegation from Tishk International University paid an official visit to the University of Mosul on April 26, 2026, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen academic cooperation and institutional partnerships.
Tishk International University represented by Mr. Dana Shamsaddin, Director of the International Relations Office, Mr. Yad Sirwan, Coordinator, Mr. Frsat Abdullah, Director of Human Resources, and Mr. Aram Fuad, vice adminstrative manager.
The delegation was warmly received by Dr. Abdul Rahim Ibrahim Jasim, Assistant to the President for Scientific Affairs and other key officials at the University of Mosul.
During the meeting, both sides engaged in productive discussions focusing on expanding collaboration in several key areas, including participation in Erasmus+ programs, joint research initiatives, exchange of visiting lecturers, and the development of shared academic activities.
As a significant outcome of the meeting, both institutions expressed their commitment to deepening their partnership. It was confirmed that a high-level delegation from the University of Mosul, headed by the President of the University, will visit Tishk International University in Erbil next week. The visit will culminate in the signing of a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a new phase of strategic collaboration between the two universities.
This visit reflects Tishk International University’s continued dedication to fostering international partnerships and enhancing academic excellence through global engagement.
